There are three marked Ways that coincide with the Santiago route.
The National Centre for Culture, supported by Portugal's Tourism, has been identifying and improving the pilgrimage routes. There are already, in book form, three itineraries that correspond to the three routes most frequented by pilgrims to the Sanctuary of Fatima. In addition to practical information, the routes have indications about the cultural and religious heritage.
