In Pregaria da Iria the menu, with suggestive and original descriptions, is simple: the traditional "Prego", made with beef steak, is the main product but, for those who prefer, it can be substituted for turkey steak or an equally traditional and tasty "Bifana", made with pork steak.
To accompany the famous "Prego", are the handmade potatoes, which can be normal or sweet, or the tomato salad with "broa", olive oil, salt and oregano. And to "fill the stomach", before or after the "Prego", the typical Caldo Verde that certainly couldn’t be missing from the menu of this Portuguese house!
