The students from Escola de Hotelaria de Fatima on their senior year of Restaurant/Bar and Kitchen/Pastry will present projects that they have developed throughout the year, hence allowing for visitors to taste many flavours from many countries in terms of wine and food.
During the festival, you can watch the preparations, elaboration, and service carried out by the students.
